Here are the pictures that we got in Anacortes. I somehow managed not to get any of the babies, probably because of my insane desire to be holding them at all times.... oh well :(

These are from the trails at Deception Pass. It was really beautiful but cold and Valerie was NOT happy!!!

Rambling Thoughts

Maybe it will be different this time. I feel like we have the whole package.. the passion, the caring, the partnership, ... the fun.... We have a lot in common but our differences seem to compliment each other too. I know I'm a lot smarter then I used to be, maybe i'm smart enough for this. He's good with the girls and I really love his girls. I really love him..... and.... I know he really loves me too. This just seems right..... kinda scary..... but right. He thinks I'm beautiful.. not just sexy... The first compliment he gave me was that I'm really funny, not that I'm hot. I think that's the first time that's ever happened to me. So.. though this is totally unplanned and unexpected... I think this is the direction my life is going to go. Weird.

Random Question

What's the point of spending all day on one of the last sunny Saturdays of the year sticking your leaves in big plastic bags... then sending them to the landfill? Aren't we hurting the environment for NO REASON and wasting time that we could be doing something actually productive with?

Vacation

Well, the girls are officially off to Alaska. I took them and their grandma to the airport this morning, I'm really going to miss them but I hope they have a great time with their dad.
It's funny, because I should be excited for all the free time ( in between being sad that they're away) but all I want to do is go home tonight, get hugs, play with them a little, yell at them for making messes, kiss them, then around 8 start getting annoyed with them and send them to bed. I'd much rather do that then have all this free time that I don't know what to do with. I feel sort of anchor-less.
The good thing is that I have exciting plans for the next week while they're away! I'm going to see Suzanne and the babies!!!
I also have several other great adventures planned for my time off, I'll tell you about them later!

Newsies is the first movie that made me love Christian Bale

I also like Swing Kids which he is in with Robert Sean Leonard...

Although I don't think he is as delicious in this movie.

Today

Today was Sasha's birthday party. All of her friends from my moms neighborhood, and her cousing Lily, came over to our pool.
I think everyone had a good time. We swam for about an hour, then thunder clouds started moving in so we came home to do cake and ice cream. Of course I hadn't really cleaned the house very well.. I was expecting to do the whole party at the pool and I was too busy posting the hot guys entry in here. Oh well... hehe.
Other than feeling moron-like for not having a lighter (my dad went and got one at the dollar store) or enough paper plates, i feel pretty good about it.
Sasha was happy anyway, she got a ton of stuff.
